Plain-language summary: you're buying access to a paid community. All sales are final. Don't spam, be decent, build things. That's most of it.

1. What this is

Builders ("we", "us") operates paid online communities — currently Vibe Coders, The 20x Club, and SaaS Founders — hosted on Discord and reachable via builders.dev4ager.com. Builders is operated by Dev4ager. By purchasing access or participating, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility & applications

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to join. Some rooms have entry requirements — for example, The 20x Club requires an active Claude Max 20x subscription and a human-reviewed application. You agree to provide truthful information when applying. We may approve or decline applications at our discretion; if your application is declined before payment, you owe nothing.

3. Payments, lifetime access & no refunds

Prices are shown at checkout. Founding-cohort "lifetime" pricing is a one-time payment; standard pricing is a recurring monthly subscription.
"Lifetime" means for as long as the community operates. If we ever wind the community down, access runs through the shutdown date; one-time payments are not converted into ongoing obligations.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, including for unused access, removal for conduct violations, or change of mind. If you're unsure, start with the lowest-priced room.
Initiating a chargeback on a valid purchase is treated as a termination of your membership.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; their terms apply to the transaction itself.

4. Community conduct

We keep the rooms useful by removing what makes rooms useless. You agree not to:

Spam, mass-DM members, or drop affiliate/promotional links outside channels designated for launches;
Harass, dox, or abuse other members;
Scrape, resell, or share private community content outside the community;
Use the community for anything illegal.

Violations can result in warning, restriction, or removal — at our discretion and without refund.

5. Your content

What you post stays yours. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it within the community. Screenshots or recreations used in marketing will be anonymized or used with permission.

6. No guarantees

We provide access to people and discussions, not outcomes. Member results shared on our site or in the community are individual experiences, not promises of revenue, growth, or launch success. Nothing in the community is financial, legal, or professional advice.

7. Not affiliated with Anthropic

Builders is an independent community. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. "Claude" and "Claude Max" are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. We're fans, not affiliates.

8. Changes to the community and these terms

We may add, rename, merge, or restructure rooms and channels as the community grows. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the community. Continued membership after changes means acceptance.
